IPS officer of Srinagar gives 1 lakh rupees from his pocket to 90-years-old man; Netizens Applauds him for his Gesture

Srinagar’s Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Sandeep Choudhary, won people’s hearts by helping a 90-year-old street food vendor in trouble. Apart from the local people of Srinagar, social media users are praising him a lot.

SSP Jammu donated one lakh rupees from his pocket while helping a poor street food vendor who was robbed in Srinagar. SSP Sandeep Singh said that he did not do all this to get praise, he did not see the sorrow of that elder, and when I sent him that money, the satisfaction that came on the older person’s face was happiness.

Let me tell you what this whole matter is. It’s on Saturday. Some unidentified people robbed 90-year-old Abdul Rehman late in the evening in Srinagar’s old town of Bohri Kadal. The robbers also took one lakh sixty thousand kept with him and beat him a lot during this time. When the older man living alone in Rahman locality narrated his agony while crying, someone uploaded his video on the internet media. The video went viral on Sunday, and SSP Sandeep Chowdhary also saw it.

Abdul Rehman, an older man, selling boiled chickpeas at Bohri Kadal crossroads to earn his livelihood, was pleading for his loot money to be returned, saying that he had kept this money for his last rites. SSP Sandeep Choudhary said that he did not see the plight of the elderly and decided to help him. So the SSP decided to give him money from his pocket till the robbers were caught.

The police have registered a case, and the process of arresting the robbers has also been started. Under this, the police had also shown photographs of some famous robbers and miscreants of Srinagar to the elderly, but he could not recognize them. However, SSP Sandeep Chaudhary said that the robbers would be caught soon.
