Jammu, Jan 8: At least four people were injured after a minibus they were travelling in met with an accident near Chaktroo, close to the police post area of Mandi in Poonch district on Thursday morning.
Officials said the minibus lost control and overturned, leaving four occupants injured. All of them were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
The injured have been identified as Ruksana Kouser (35), wife of Tariq Khan of Trichal; Mohammad Hanief (45), son of Mohammad Din of Sathra; Mohammad Tariq (20), son of Mohammad Shoker of Mandi, who was working as a conductor; and Mehboob Ahmed (30), son of Mohammad Saleem, the driver of the vehicle.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and further investigation is underway.
