Greater Noida Dec 13 : At least a dozen vehicles were involved in a collision on the Greater Noida Expressway on Tuesday after dense fog reduced visibility, leaving several people injured. The crash brought traffic on the stretch to a halt.
Police, along with toll plaza staff, pressed cranes into service to remove the damaged vehicles and ease the congestion. Traffic movement was restored gradually as clearance work continued.
Police teams remain deployed at the spot to manage traffic and ensure smooth flow. Commuters have been advised to drive carefully, keep adequate distance from other vehicles, and follow speed limits while travelling in foggy conditions.
