Doda, Sep 13: Authorities in Doda district have announced a relaxation of restrictions in certain areas following days of curbs. According to officials, restrictions in Khalani, Assar, and Bhaderwah have been eased today between 1 pm and 6 pm to allow limited movement of the general public.
The district administration has made public announcements informing residents of the relaxation period and urging people to maintain peace and normalcy.
However, officials confirmed that restrictions will continue in Gandoh area of Doda, where the situation remains sensitive. Security personnel are maintaining a strict vigil, and movement in the region will remain under prohibitory orders until further notice.
The administration said decisions on further relaxations will be taken after assessing the overall law-and-order situation in the district.
