SC fixes 12-week deadline for JKCA elections, directs BCCI to support process

The Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2025 was passed in the Legislative Assembly through a voice vote following a brief discussion. Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, who had moved the Bill earlier in the day, provided clarifications on its key provisions before the House took up the vote.
