Jammu, :- In a significant move to revive tourism in Bhaderwah, which has faced challenges over the past six months, the Directorate of Tourism Jammu has partnered with local stakeholders to boost the sector.

Director Tourism Vikas Gupta, along with DDC Chairperson Doda Dhananter Singh Kotwal, ADC Bhaderwah Sunil Kumar Bhutyal, and ADC Doda Anil Thakur, inaugurated a tourist resort at Saz Valley in Bhaderwah’s Senai area. Gupta emphasized the department’s commitment to collaborating with local stakeholders through Public-Private Partnership, aiming to transform Bhaderwah into a world-class destination.

The event featured a vibrant musical programme, with participation from police, civil administration, and tourism stakeholders. Local stakeholders have pledged to work closely with the tourism department to revive the sector.

Vikas Gupta, Director Tourism Jammu, highlighted the department’s support for local stakeholders, stating, “J&K tourism department is committed to Private Public Partnership by providing handholding to them, making Bhaderwah a world-class destination.”
