Ahead of Back to Village (B2V) three, Jammu and Kashmir Government has decided to conduct a 21-day Jan Abhiyan from September 10, 2020 in the Union Territory (UT) to focus on service, delivery, development and grievance redressal to ensure more participation.
No leaves except on the grounds of medical exigencies of district officers shall be sanctioned during the period of Jan Abhiyan and Awami Muhim.
The UT government on Tuesday accorded sanction to grant of Rs 10 lakh in favour of each Panchayat for execution of B2V works. The chairman of Block Development Councils, panches and sarpanches welcomed the government decision to sanction the amount ahead of B2V three programme.
