The Ladakh Subordinate Services Staff Selection Board (LSSSSB) has released the list of candidates provisionally shortlisted for document verification after the OMR-based written examination for matriculation-level posts, held on December 7, 2025.
According to the official notification, the roll-number wise marks of all candidates were published earlier through Public Notice No. 12. Based on the number of available vacancies and merit secured in the written test, the Board has now shortlisted candidates category-wise for the next stage of the recruitment process.
The Board clarified that the current shortlist is purely provisional and subject to final verification of eligibility, reservation claims and original documents at the time of scrutiny. If any candidate is found ineligible or fails to produce valid documents, their candidature will be cancelled immediately.
Candidates have been instructed to appear for the verification process strictly according to the schedule mentioned in the notice. They must carry all original documents along with self-attested photocopies, including:
• Date of birth certificate
• Marks certificates as per required qualification
• Reservation category certificates (SC/ST/EWS/ESM/PwBD), if applicable
• Domicile certificate of UT Ladakh
• Valid identity proof
• Recent passport-size photographs
Candidates seeking age relaxation or reservation benefits must also ensure that their documents fully comply with the terms of the original advertisement. Failure to meet the eligibility standards will result in rejection.
The verification process will be conducted at two locations: Government Higher Secondary School, Leh, for Leh district candidates on December 11, and Government Polytechnic College, Kargil, for Kargil district candidates on December 11 and 12. The Board has clarified that no separate call letters will be issued.
LSSSSB has urged all shortlisted candidates to attend the verification on time and ensure compliance with instructions to avoid disqualification.
