ASIF RASHID
Srinagar, December 6:
National Conference leader Tavir Sadiq has strongly questioned the motives of those raising objections to the ongoing JKPSC examination process, stating that the same procedure had been followed for years without any complaint.

“If the concern was truly for students and their well-being, then why were queries raised on a process that they themselves had followed for years without any objection?” he asked, suggesting that the objections appear to be a deliberate attempt to delay the recruitment cycle. “If this was not a deliberate attempt to delay the process, then what is?” he added.

Sadiq reiterated that the National Conference’s intent remains transparent and student-friendly. He stated that the elected government had already forwarded a proposal seeking relaxation, and now the Hon’ble Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has formally recommended the postponement of the scheduled JKPSC examination to the Commission’s Chairman.

“All that is required is for them to act without any further delay,” Tavir Sadiq said in a post on X, urging JKPSC to take immediate action in the interest of fairness and to avoid unnecessary anxiety for aspirants.
