JAMMU DECEMBER 04:
The legal proceedings in the PSA detention case of MLA Mehraj Malik from Doda are set to continue, as the court has scheduled the next hearing for December 18.
Malik, who is currently held under the Public Safety Act, has challenged his detention, with his legal team arguing that the charges are unjustified and procedurally flawed.
The court, after reviewing the submissions made in the previous hearing, directed both sides to present additional documents and clarifications on the upcoming date.
Political observers note that the case has drawn significant attention in the region, with supporters expecting a crucial update during the December 18 proceedings.
Further developments in the PSA detention case will be closely monitored as the matter comes up before the court next week.
