The Women’s Employment Association was formally launched today under the chairpersonship of Dr. Nazia Bhat, along with other dedicated party members. The initiative, supported by Javid Employees Unite for Change, aims to create a strong platform for women to work, rise, and bring meaningful change in society.
Speaking at the launch, Dr. Nazia Bhat highlighted the vision and purpose of the association — to empower women, secure their future, and ensure they achieve greater heights with dignity and applause. She emphasized that every woman deserves equal opportunities, respect, and a safe environment at the workplace.
The association expressed deep concern over women’s grievances, including discrimination, workplace harassment, and lack of support systems. Dr. Nazia assured that the Women’s Employment Association will provide full support in addressing these issues, ensuring justice and fair treatment for all.
