Awantipora Nov 22 The District Police Awantipora has issued an attachment notice under Section 25 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.
According to the notice, a property measuring 4 marlas of land, falling under Khewat No. 108, Khata No. 388, Survey/Khasra No. 90 MIN at Syedabad Patuna, has been officially attached. The property is registered in the name of Mubashir Ahmad Dar (JKNOP), a resident of Syedabad Pastona, Tral.
Police officials stated that the action has been taken as part of ongoing legal proceedings under the UAPA to restrict assets linked with unlawful activities. Further legal processes are underway as per the provisions of the Act.
