BUDGAM NOV 21: In a significant political development in Jammu and Kashmir, Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi officially took oath today as the Member of the Legislative Assembly from Budgam. J&K Assembly Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather administered oath the new Aga Muntazir.
