Srinagar, 14 : Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday refused to comment on National Conference (NC) Senior Leader and MP Agha Rahullah’s decision not to campaign for the party in Budgam.
Talking to reporters in Srinagar after a meeting with FICCI, the CM said, “I don’t know about it,” when asked about Rahullah’s announcement.
Agha Rahullah has said that he will not campaign for the National Conference in Budgam, citing that his role will remain only as a voter. He added that until the party fulfills its previous promises and acts on key issues like Cabinet decisions on reservation, he cannot participate in any election campaign, choosing instead to follow his principles and conscience.
