JAMMU OCTOBER 8
Former Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Nirmal Singh launched a scathing attack on the Omar Abdullah-led government, accusing it of failing to fulfill its promises and diverting attention from real public issues.
Dr. Singh said that instead of indulging in blame games, political leaders should focus on addressing the core concerns of the people. He reiterated that the restoration of statehood for Jammu and Kashmir will happen at an appropriate time as assured by the Central Government.
He further added that the opposition is deliberately trying to mislead the people for political gains, while the government at the Centre remains committed to the development, peace, and prosperity of the Union Territory.
