Kupwara, Sept 03: Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Shrikant Balasaheb , in an exclusive interaction with Media DC assured that the district administration is fully geared up to handle any potential flood disaster in the region.
He said that necessary measures and response mechanisms have been put in place to ensure the safety of the people. “The administration is fully prepared, and there is no need to panic. In case of any emergency, people can reach out to us immediately,” the DC emphasized.
He further appealed to the public to remain calm and follow official advisories. The DC informed that the district administration has provided helpline numbers where citizens can call for any kind of assistance during emergencies.
