Decisions of Cabinet, Law and Order is dependent on LG as all the orders at the end are passed by them.
Earlier when our Government was in power, we used to order, but now all the powers are in the hand of Central Government itself.
While talking, he also said that, to fulfill 100% involvement of our Government, firstly restoration of 370 is our top priority. We will definitely fight for the restoration of Article 370.
Both the Resolutions, Article 370 & 35A, still exist and both the Resolution are important but Assembly’s Resolution is much important than Statehood.
