Jammu, August 22: Senior police officer, ML Kaith, currently serving as SSP in the J&K Police Organization, has opted for Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) to embark on a political career from his home constituency of Marh.

With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Kaith joined the J&K Police as a Sub-Inspector in 1990 and rose through the ranks, serving in various capacities, including SP Rural Jammu, SSP Traffic (Rural), and SSP Railways. His dedication and integrity earned him numerous accolades, including the Director-General of Police Medal, President’s Police Medal for Meritorious Services, and President’s Police Medal for distinguished service.

Kaith’s association with the rural masses and his ability to connect with all segments of society have endeared him to the people of Marh. The locals welcomed his decision to enter politics, and assured him of their full support.
