JUNIOR INTERNATIONAL DAILY RISING SCHOOL CELEBRATES 13th ANNUAL DAY
Junior International Daily Rising School proudly celebrated its grand 13th Annual Day on 24th December 2023, at General Zorawar Singh Auditorium, Jammu. It was meticulously planned and showcased the year’s activities to the parents and guests followed by the ceremonial function. It celebrated its Thirteenth Annual Day woven around the theme “SAFAR- The Journey of Life,” with vibrancy and life being propelled into magnificent and reverberating celebrations. Being one of the largest preschool chain of Jammu, Junior & K-12 International Daily Rising School is keen on staying updated about various new programs.
The bedazzling performances and the giving away of the annual awards was graced by the Chief Guest, Kavinder Gupta, Ex Chief Minister, J&K and the Guest of Honour, S. Charanjit Singh Khalsa, Ex MLC, J&K and Rahul Sahai, Chairman, PHD CCI, Jammu.
The programme commenced with the traditional lighting of lamp by the eminent dignitaries to spread the light of positivity and dispel the darkness of ignorance. It was followed by a welcome song and speech after which the Chief Guests were felicitated.
The Annual report of the session was also released and read by Honourable Founder Cum Principal, Junior International Daily Rising School Trikuta Nagar, Ms Supinder Kaur.
Entailing the formal welcome by Honourable Chairman S. Suchwant Singh Ji, Ex Director Agriculture and by Founder Cum Principal of the school, Ms Supinder Kaur. A presentation on the journey of Junior International Daily Rising School in past thirteen years was given by the Dr Atul Hans, Director academics cum Principal, International Daily Rising School, Jammu.
Chief Guest, Kavinder Gupta, Ex Chief Minister, J&K, appreciated the efforts put forth as he applauded the prize winners and the school for the phenomenal growth in a short span of time. Addressing the gathering, the Chief Guest stated, “Students of Junior International Daily Rising School have smartly carved a niche for themselves. Students should not only be imparted excellent education but also be given great scruple and values so they can effectively serve their nation”
It was a musical extravaganza, an in house production, direction and choreography. The programme was an amalgamation of various hues befitting the theme wondrously. The thematic show of talent, imagination, and organization was the essence of the day. Students danced to the tune of songs with colourful props. The audience was enthralled by a colourful and very well directed dance drama. The theme-based dances both Western and Folk dances captivated the guests. The props and costumes added colour to the festive occasion with the synchronized dance movement to the foot-tapping music.
The most memorable moments of the function were marked by the precious words of advice and appreciation by Ms Supinder Kaur, Chairperson of International Daily Rising School, during an address to the parents.
The performances by our vibrant and enthusiastic students definitely aroused a deep awakening thought that it is a high time to inculcate the forgotten values and save future generation from being destroyed as positive traits are the hallmark of a human greatness that do not lie in wealth or power but it actually lies in character. We all should have compassion, love, tolerance, understanding and peace all over.
There was festive atmosphere all around and parents were visibly excited to watch their Children’s performance. The exhilarating and rich display of innovation, creativity, colour, vibrant costumes, dance, music and light left the audience spellbound and won much deserved ovation and appreciation of one and all. It was indeed a spectacular display of talent and fervour.
Overall, the celebrations concluded on a happy note encouraging the students to establish further milestones in the journey of success.
The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks and rendition of the National Anthem.
