Jammu: Two died, dozen hurt in road mishap

Two people died and a dozen hurt when a vehicle met with a road mishap in Reasi district of Jammu on Monday.
As per sources, the accident happened when an Ecco vehicle (JK20C-2474) coming from Balmatkote to Baddar met with the accident in Mohre area of Reasi, resulting in on the spot death of two persons and wounds to 13 others.
Soon after the incident, the local police and people launched a massive rescue operation to save the victims and rushed the injured to District Hospital Reasi and from there four seriously wounded were referred to GMC Rajouri for advanced treatment.
The victims were were returning from a marriage function.
A case has been registered and a probe is on.
