Several dhabas fined for flouting waste norms in Jammu
A team comprising of Food Safety Department and J&K police on Wednesday inspected several small-time eateries and dhabas throwing kitchen waste into sewerage and issued challans to them.
As per report, a team of J&K police and Food Safety Department conducted raids and issue hefty fines of Rs 2500 to those shopkeepers, Dhaba owners, hotel owners at Bus stand Jammu notices to for throwing kitchen waste into sewerage.

The team also checked the quality of the food, commodities being sold by the establishments in their raid.
