Burglars loot soldier’s house in Jammu

Jammu: A perplexing incident has happened in Bishnah area of Jammu in which two masked burglars looted a soldier’s house on pretext of giving wedding invitation cards today.
As per report, the incident took place when two youth went to an army man’s home on pretext of giving marriage invitation cards in Pandori village of Bisnah in Jammu. When the two men went inside the victim’s house they were served water by the Jawan’s wife, who was the only family member present in the house. Later, the burglars asked for tea from the jawan’s wife but when she went inside the kitchen to prepare beverage the thieves gagged and tied her with ropes and stole her Mangalsutra worth of 1.5 lac.
A case has been registered in this case and a probe is going on in this matter.
