Wounded in terrorist attack J&K police inspector succumbs

J&K police inspector who was wounded in a terrorist attack in Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district last month has succumbed to his wounds at AIIMS hospital in New Delhi today.

As per sources,  the police inspector was wounded in a terrorist attack when he was playing cricket at Eidgah in Srinagar last month and was admitted in a local hospital, where he was undergoing treatment since a month and yesterday he was shifted to All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi for advance treatment, but sadly succumbed to his wounds on Thursday.

The deceased police inspector has been identified as Masroor Ahmad resident of Srinagar district.
