Huge Success: Police solves mysterious death case of woman aspirant in Jammu

Jammu: Samba Police yesterday claimed that they have solved mysterious death case of a woman JKAS aspirant by nabbing three accused including husband & two women for encouragement to suicide in Bari Brahmana area of Jammu’s Samba district.
As per sources, On 8 January 2018, the Bari Brahmana police recovered body of JKAS aspirant Parveen Kumari-MSc, B.Ed at Badhoi area of Bari Brahmana in Samba and sent her body for the post-mortem after which a probe was started U/S 174 CrPC to know the actual reason of the deceased’s death.

The Bari Brahmana Police had seized suicide note written by the deceased Parveen Kumari who was a highly educated brilliant housemaker.
After concluding probe proceedings on the basis of evidences as well as medical reports. The Police then converted the investigation into FIR No.199/2020 u/s 306 IPC and a probe began.
After the probe, Raghubir Singh (deceased’s husband) s/o Pritam Singh r/o Uppar Barnai, Janipur of Jammu and two others were found indulged into the murder case. All the three culprits have been held.
The culprits were arrested by police team headed by SHO Police Station Bari Brahmana Sumit Sharma under the supervision of SDPO Bari Brahmana Rahul Nagar and Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary.
