“We are staging a protest today demanding deportation of Rohingyas from J&K. Our culture don’t match with the foreigners whether Bangladeshi or Rohingyas who have settled here neither our boundaries touch their country of origin.

“Which motive they have to come from 1000 of kilometers from Myanmar and stay illegally in Jammu. This is a very serious matter.

“Their population is increasing continuously in J-K especially in Hindu majority areas of the region. The security forces have been informing that wherever Rohingyas have settled a surge in crime rate  has been seen and Jammu is the live example of it.

“From past years, these people have been found indulged in drug peddling and buying, kidnapping, flesh trade, Human trafficking in Jammu.

“The J&K police recently nabbed two women who were being sold to Kashmir and J&K is very sensitive area because people are already suffering from terrorism here and on top of that if women from foreign countries are sold in Kashmir that should really be probed.

“The security forces must be active as soon as possible in this case because today Shiv  Sena demands to push out Rohingyas outside from our boundaries who are living illegitimately here.

“If didn’t we find happening this on the ground then we will do this on our own. The local people who’re helping them whether intentionally or for money should be probed.

“The women trafficking in Kashmir is not possible without the aid of local people and that should also be investigated that how one of the woman procured  Aadhaar card.

“This is a big threat to J&K and people of the region have been suffering from terrorism from so many decades here and now the people don’t have enough strength to struggle with terrorism.

“We appeal govt and security forces to take stringent action against them and deport them. The local police took action against them but they started riots”, one of the agitators said.
