As per report, the incident took place at Bani Nallah on Jammu-Srinagar National highway at Bani Nallah eight kilometers away from the  Udhampur district  when a vehicle lost control over the wheels due to an oil spill on the road and hit a driver of a vehicle which was heading towards Srinagar, following which the victim received severe injuries.
