Police apprehends Myanmar man in Jammu

Jammu: The Jammu police on Sunday have apprehended a man of Myanmar origin in Jammu.
According to the report, the Trikuta Nagar police received a complaint that a Myanmar man staying illegally in Bhatindi area of Jammu has obtained fake Aadhar and Bank cards in his name and has been using it here in Jammu. Thus, acting on this complaint the police arrested the Myanmar citizen from Bhatindi area of Jammu city, who was staying illegal in the area and for also procuring Aadhar card and opening a bank account in a local bank while not being a native of J&K.

The police is also looking for the persons who aid the man in obtaining fake mentioned documents.
An FIR U/S 336 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) has been registered at Bhatindi police station in Jammu.
Further investigation is underway.
