Cattle peddling effort foiled in Jammu

Jammu: The Jammu police on Saturday foiling a cattle peddling effort arrested a man and rescued several bovine animals from his possession in Kathua.
According to the report, the Rajbagh police in Kathua intercepted a truck “JK02BL9525” in Rajbagh area of Kathua and during checking they found bovines hidden under manure in the vehicle for smuggling.

The police rescued 19 cattle from the seized truck and sent them to a cowshed. A case has been registered at Rajbagh police station in Kathua.
