       J-K: LG Sinha honoured Para Archers Sheetal Devi, Rakesh Kumar

The Jammu and Kashmir UT LT Manoj Sinha on Wednesday called Para Archers Sheetal Devi and Rakesh Kumar in his residence at Raj Bhawan and honored them with appreciation certificates.
LG Manoj Sinha while lauding coach Ms Abhilasha Choudhary of Asian Para Games Gold medalists Sheetal Devi and Rakesh Kumar presented a certificate of excellence to her also.

Their strong winner’s instinct will popularize robust sports culture in J&K. I appreciate efforts of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board for remarkable contribution to promotion of sports in UT”, LG Sinha said on X.
Sixteen-year-old Para Archer Sheetal Devi and Rakesh Kumar won three gold Medals at recently concluded Para Asian Games held in Hangzhou, China. Sheetal Devi hails from Jammu’s Kishtwar district while Rakesh is from Katra area of Jammu’s Reasi district.
