J-K: CM unveils Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj statue

Jammu: Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde today inaugurated a statue of Maratha warrior king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in Kupwara district of Kashmir.
As per sources, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde accompanied with J&K LG Manoj Sinha and other administrative and army officials unveiled a Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj statue riding a horse in Kupwara.

The figure of the Maratha warrior seated on top of a horse has been put on display at Rashtriya Rifles 41 Maratha Light Infantry Regiment in Kupwara.
