Jammu: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) summoned former minister and current head of  Dogra Swabhiman Sangathan Chaudhary Lal Singh along with his family  in Jammu for questioning while a large number of Lal Singh’s supporters gathered outside the ED office Jammu and raised slogans against BJP.

“We are not scared of ED and CBI and we will not join BJP. We will not join such a party which forces people to join them.

“The earlier raid which was done at our house in Kathua went on for 13 hours. When I came with my mother in ED office we were kept here for 8 hours which is against law as one can’t keep a woman in any office for interrogation after sunset as per law in India.

“Once they kept me in waiting for four hours when I went to them for submitting an application. We’re cooperating with the probe agency as we’re innocent and have firm believe in our leader Chaudhary Lal Singh”, said Chaudhary Lal Singh’s son.

“Chaudhary sir arrived at ED’s office at 10am and I think the ED officials will let him go only after sunset.

“Dr Jitendra Singh appointed Deputy Director of ED Jammu from North-east because he was scared that he will lose his ministry if he didn’t follow BJP’s diktat.

“BJP has conducted a survey and it shows that he is going to lose and we aren’t afraid of BJP and will not join them even if they get us probed by CBI,ED”, he asserted.

“They’re perturbing our leader and are suppressing him just like they forced other leaders to join BJP.

“Our leader is innocent and they are only perturbing him. This is Dr Jitendra Singh’s ploy to keep away Chaudhary Lal Singh from going among the people”, said Mrs Suman Wazir, State president of Dogra Swabhiman Sangathan’s Women wing.

“The BJP is afraid that’s why they cancelled elections and the people of Jammu will not be oppressed by BJP”, she added.
