Shocking: Girl alleges rape, filmed while having bath by man in Jammu

Jammu: A Girl has alleged that a man has filmed her while taking a bath at a rented house and also physically abused her in Jammu.
As per report, the incident took place when a man filmed a girl while taking a bath at a rented residence in Jammu and later used the clip for blackmailing and taking physical advantage of the girl.

The victim appeared before the media and said that the man filmed her while taking bath and sexually abused her later. When the victim girl brought the matter to Nowabad police notice in Jewel, they nabbed the man and released him after two and a half months. However, when the accused came out of prison he again tired to physically harm the victim at Kanachak area of Jammu.
“A man namely Pawan Kumar made video of me while taking shower and used it to rape me.
“When I complained to Nowabad police about my matter they nabbed the man and later released him after two and a half months.
“When he came out of the prison he again attempted to physically abuse me at Kanachak. I have registered my complaint at Kanachak police station against him.
“I have called the Kanachak police several times but they keep giving me excuses that they went to the accused’s house and they found no one there.
“He was keeping an eye on me and physically attacked me when I was going to my sister’s house the second time. He used to threaten me that he will upload my obscene video on internet”, the victim girl said.
“I’m afraid of him that he can attack me again as he is not in prison now”, she added.
“The police keep telling me that he is at large. I didn’t knew him he was working where we were living. I wasn’t even aware that he filmed me.
“He blackmailed me for 5-6 months and also took money from me”, she alleged.
