Jammu: Several hurt in road mishap

Jammu:
A tragic road mishap has occurred on Monday in which several passengers travelling in a vehicle suffered wounds in Katra area of Jammu’s Reasi district.

The report said that a Matador ‘JK02AG4643’ packed with  22 devotees heading towards Shiv Kohri after paying obeisance at Shri Vaishno Devi shrine in Katra toppled down when it reached Nau Devi, resulting in injuries to 7 people.

After the mishap, the injured were taken to a local health facility in Katra. However, seven of  the seriously wounded persons have been referred to GMC, Jammu.

The victims belonged to Moradabad area of Uttar Pradesh.
