Bovine smuggling attempt foiled in Jammu

Jammu: The Kathua police on Monday foiled a bovine smuggling bid in Kathua.
As per report, the police intercepted a truck ‘JK02DE8737’ loaded with stubble but on checking they found several cattle concealed behind the wall of stubble in the vehicle.

The police freed several bovine from the peddlers and sent them to a cow shed.
A case has been registered in this case against the cattle smugglers at Kathua police station.
