Jammu-Kashmir: Terrorists killed in encounter

The Kashmir police on Tuesday claimed to have killed terrorist in Shopian area of Kashmir responsible for murdering a Kashmiri Pandit namely Sanjay Sharma on 26 Feb this year.
As per sources, an encounter broke out between terrorists, security forces and J&K police last night in Alshipora area of Kashmir’s Shopian district and on today’s morning the security forces and J&K police gunned down the two terrorists of LeT oufit in the encounter in Shopian.

Terrorist Jazim Farooq @ Abrar of LeT terror outfit was involved in the target killing of Sanjay Sharma s/o Kashinath Sharma r/o Achan of Pulwama district on 26 February this year. Sharma who belonged to minority Kashmiri Pandit community was working as a security guard in his village in Achan of Pulwama.
