            Jammu: Three died, several hurt in road mishap

Jammu: Three people died while several other were hurt in a road mishap in Humble area of Doda district yesterday.
According to the report, the accident happened at around 9pm when an Eeco (JK06A8682) van travelling from Khellani to Humble fell in a deep gorge when it reached near Sarhoa Humble in Doda, resulting in three casualties on the spot and injuries to five others.
After the accident, the injured were taken to GMC, Doda for the treatment.
The deceased were identified as Minay Kumar (31) s/o Daya Ram, Lal Chand (39) s/o Jamit Ram, and Karan Jeet Singh (48) s/o Shib Charan all residents of Sarhoa Humble of Doda district.
The wounded were identified as Sanjay Kumar (40) s/o Jamit Ram, Manjeet Singh (22) s/o Prem Lal, Khushal Singh (31) s/o of Prem Lal, Mintu Kumar (22) s/o Balak Ram; and Sunahir Lal (21) s/o Chuni Lal all residents of Sarhoa Humble, Doda. All the deceased and wounded were labourers.
