Jammu: A 15-year-old girl allegedly committed suicide yesterday in Bhalla area of Doda.

As per report, the incident came to light at around 6-6:30pm when a 15-year-old girl  was found hanging from a ceiling fan in one of a room of her house in Sindra village Tehsil Bhalla of Doda district. The family members of the minor girl were outside when the victim ended her life in her house.

It is yet to be known what persuaded the girl to took this extreme step to kill herself, the report said.

The police is probing the case and further details  will only be available after its completion.
