Rajouri encounter: Another terrorist killed by security forces

Jammu:
Another terrorist has been killed by the security forces in the encounter in Narla area of Kalakote of Rajouri district on Wednesday. The encounter began yesterday between security forces and terrorists in the region.

“Second terrorist has been gunned down in the ongoing encounter in Narla area of Rajouri,” Mukesh Singh, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Jammu said.

However, yesterday the security forces killed a terrorist in the encounter in which two Indian army soldiers and a SPO suffered injuries, while an Indian army Rifleman Ravi Kumar of 64 RR from Jammu’s Kishtwar district attained martyrdom.

A six year old female dog namely Kent also achieved martyrdom when she came under heavy fire by the terrorists when it was leading a team of security personnel on the trail of escaping terrorists in Narla woods in Rajouri.
