Armed goons attacked family in Jammu

In a shocking incident, a family has alleged that they were attacked by several  goons late night in Rangora village of Samba in Jammu.

According to the report, the incident happened when a family who was travelling in an auto late in the night assaulted by a gang of drug addict goons, who hit the victims sitting in the auto several times and wounded them badly.

“My family consisting of my husband, two kids, sister-in-law, father was coming from my mother sister’s house in an auto.

“Then a gang of a family came in two cars and hit our auto several times. I pulled out my kids with hard efforts from the vehicle and my husband is hospitalised at GMC.

“Whose condition is very bad because he has suffered wounds on his head and arm. My sister-in-law’s leg has sustained a fracture.

“The whole family came in form of a gang and attacked us somebody might have informed them about our movement.

“They had sickels and batons with them and I shouted for help from the locals and they pulled out my kids from the vehicle.

“We have been receiving death threats from them since several days. My mother and sister-in-law are involved in this assault.

“My husband was an addict and after strenuous efforts I made him a sober person.

“The family of my husband have been pestering me”, said Wife of the victim.

“We were walking and my son and his family were going in  the auto and a vehicle came and hit the auto several times.

“We were trying to save them and got wounded. We want police to arrest them and booked them under PSA as they’re addicts”, said  Father-in-Law of the victim woman.

“Our ward members have saved us from their attack otherwise they would have killed us. We are very poor and my kids are hurt.  They were saying we will kill you today and when the locals came to protect us they also attacked them”, said Wife of the victim.
