Thief caught red handed by locals in Jammu

Jammu: Locals arrested a thief red handed in broad day light while attempting theft at a Haveli (Mansion) in Bari Brahmana area of Samba district yesterday.
Accordin to the report, the incident occurred when a burglar was caught red handed by locals while attempting burglary at a mansion in Ward No.4 of Bari Brahmana’s Tarore area in Samba.

After catching the thief the locals called the police and handed him over to them.
The locals have been advised to keep a family member back at home whenever they have to go outside leaving the house alone, the report said.
