J&K: Missing man found dead

An engineer of Roads and Buildings Department, who went missing from his house six days ago, was found dead in Gantamulla area of Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Tuesday.
As per sources, Gurmeet Singh, from Baramulla left the house and went missing. Anxious family members after searching him in all possible places later approached the police. AAlso Read: Jammu-Kashmir: Man arrested for committing unnatural sex on minor
Yesterday, Bramulla Police formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) led by DSP Hqrs Baramulla to investigate the missing case of Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE).
But unfortunately Mr Gurmeet Singh’s body was retrieved from a barrage in Baramulla today.
Further probe into the case is on.
