Locals complain over poor service of Mall in Jammu

Jammu: Several locals yesterday allegedly complaint over the poor service of a Mall situated near canal road in Jammu where they went to watch a new released film.
According to the report, the incident came to light when several local people went to watch Gadar 2 film in Palm Island Mall at Canal road and when the Air Conditioners went off during the movie show in the mall’s theatre people expressed dissatisfaction and accused Mall’s management for the poor facilities.

“It has been half an hour since the ACs inside the theatre are off and nobody from the Mall’s management have come here to take cognisance of this issue”, a man who came to watch the film said.
“The owner of the Mall is management is bankrupt that is why he is not here”, another man allegedly added.
“I have told the Mall management several times to turn on the ACs in the theatre as my grandmother is sweating heavily.
“They are saying that they’re coming to look into the matter but they’re not. They turn on the air conditioners for some time then switch them off.
