Dogra Swabhiman Sangathan chairman Choudhary Lal Singh launching a scathing attack at BJP led central govt in J&K accused the regime on Saturday that they have cheated people of Jammu.

“The people have to clear their mind. I am conducting functions and have been going from village to village, area to area in Jammu to give hopes to people and talk about their problems.

“We are fighting three battles here one is with govt, second we have to battle against each other  and thirdly we have to protect our people.

“After every 5000 sq km in Kashmir they have made MP (Member of Parliament) and our Jammu areas such as Kandi, Chamb which are mountainous areas have only two MPs thus in Delhi Kashmir issues will be paid more heed than Jammu’s.

“Dogra dynasty formed J&K state and gave it to India and India banished Maharaja from here. Shiekh Abdullah feared Dogra regiment and he changed the regiment’s center to Jabalpur (MP) from J&K.

“Due to which our soldiers suffered.  The Kashmir region is less in terms of  area as compared to Jammu region but Jammu has 37 MLAs and Kashmir has 46.

“So, when the CM will be from Kashmir region the Jammuites are bound to suffer that means the high number of govt jobs will be concentrated in Kashmir than here.

“The BJP said that they make everything good in Jammu but house arrested me and Kashmiri politicians in Kashmir.

“The people of Jammu are against BJP today and they are feeling now that have been cheated by them, the govt said that they will increase employment percentage of Jammuites in govt seats, hike in parliamentary seats and in secretariat but they did nothing.

“There are 80% Kashmiris  holding govt jobs in Secretariat and Jammuities make only 20% which means we are being subjected to injustice”, asserted, Choudhary Lal Singh.
