Jammu: Road mishap injured four

Jammu: In yet another road accident four out of five persons suffered wounds when a car in which they were travelling met with mishap near Samroli area of Udhampur on Wednesday.

According to the report, the accident happened near Samroli village in Udhampur when a car (HR26CA5929) in which five Amarnath pilgrims were travelling hit with divider on the road, after which four Yatris sustained injuries.

After the incident, SDPO Chenani Shiekh Tahir Amin, SHO Chenani Sureshwar Dev Singh with a police team and locals reached at the scene of incident and  rescued the victims and rushed them to  Associated Hospital GMC Udhampur for the treatment.

The tourists are now out of danger and are being nursed at GMC Udhampur, the report said.
