“Govt should release pensions of people”: Harsh Dev Singh

Jammu: Former Minister and JKNPP leader Harsh Dev Singh today training guns at the ruling party allegedly said that people are forced to attend their rallies and the pensions of people here have been stopped due to which their lives have become miserable.

“We don’t have to discuss much about Amit Shah’s rally as there were less people came to attend it, those who participated they were running from it.

“The people were saying that they were coerced to join the really. Many people were brought there quoting PMAY benefits & fake assurances.

“That they will be given a house if they come to rally. Some people were told that their stopped pensions will be provided if they come.

“An elderly woman of 85yrs old was taken to the rally on conditions that her stopped pension from several months will be given if she go there.

“When the rally concluded the BJP leaders abandoned the lady there and left. People were escaping from the rally and police force was used to keep them there.

“The masses are showing no interest in attending the rallies of BJP because they have broken all their promises made with people.

“The BJP has understood that their upcoming days are going to be worse and they have got this hint.

“This is very serious matter as pensions of widow women, handicappeds have been stopped by this govt.

“The pensioners are being pestered to show DoBs , widow women are being asked to show marriage certificate incase they are widow or not.

“Masses are waiting to respond to BJP in J&K and the coming days will be very challenging for them”, blamed, Harsh Dev Singh.
