Police deny accusations against men for disrespecting National anthem in J&K

Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday refuted allegations that over dozens of cops have been allegedly arrested/suspended from their duties for disrespecting National anthem.
As per sources, the Srinagar police denying all claims of arrests/suspensions of 14 Srinagar police personnel has said that its a fake news which is being circulated on social media.

However, clearing the mist of allegations the police apprised that they have bound down 12 persons for good behaviour U/S 107/151 of CrPC.
“There is an unverified news doing round that 14 policemen/persons have been arrested /suspended for disrespecting national anthem. It is clarified that the news is completely false, rather 12 persons have been generally bound down for good behaviour under sections 107/151 of CrPC”, Srinagar police official twitter handle tweeted.
