Muslim community welcomed Amarnath pilgrims in Jammu

Jammu: The most revered Amarnath pilgrimage is in progress in Jammu and Kashmir these days and displaying religious harmony several members of J&K UT BJP ST Morcha were seen at Jammu’s entrance in Lakhanpur border warmly welcoming the arrived devotees in J&K on Wednesday.
The members of the Muslim community were seen serving Halwa to the Amarnath pilgrims at Lakhanpur border with great warmth and enthusiasm.

“Amarnath yatra doesn’t belong to any community it’s of whole India. People should participate in greeting the pilgrims with fervour.
“The devotees don’t only come here for the pilgrimage but their arrival also contribute in progress, development of J&K.
“Our people are associated with this Yatra in large numbers whether they’re palanquin bearers, horsemen.
“Whether in Amarnath or Mata Vaishno Devi Yatra 85% are our tribal people who are working there.
“This is a really fortune for us that people from our country and World are taking in this holy excursion as I just met 50 people from Nepal here.
“Everyone in J&K should greet them the devotees should be warmly received in every area of J-K.
“I pray to God that their journey will be successful. After the abrogation of article-370 many things have become explicit.
“Earlier people were afraid to come here considering the different laws, constitution of J&K, but after its removal.
“The security has improved so much and people’s standard of living have also changed. Our people will also come in the coming weeks to receive yatris.
“Our people has big contribution in taking forward J&K’s economy”, said, Mohd Yaseen, J&K’s BJP ST Morcha member.
