Youth from Jammu killed in Foreign

Jammu: In a tragic incident, a youth from Jammu’s Khour area of Akhnoor district was shot dead in California state of USA yesterday.
The deceased has been identified as Parveen Singh, who was living with his uncle in Allo Bhatti village in Mukerian Tehsil of Hoshiarpur, Punjab and was operating a store in America’s California state. They got shifted to Punjab from Jammu and were presently living there.

According to the report, the incident happened when armed robbers barged into the victim’s store in California of US, while carrying out robbery shot him dead there.

“I’m Sarpanch Suram Singh of Allo Bhatti village tehsil Mukeriya. My nephew Parveen Singh who was working in USA from past seven years.
“A robber came to loot him in his store there and shot him. He died on the spot. We request central govt to bring his body to India, so we can cremate him here”, said, Uncle of the victim, Mr Suram Singh in a video message.
