Child killed in incident in Jammu, Family demands justice

Jammu: A sad incident has appeared, in which a two-year-old child got killed when a wall of a house collapsed on him in Jallo Chak area of Bari Brahmana on Saturday.
According to the report, the unfortunate incident took place when the toddler was playing near the building of an under-construction house in Jallo Chak, when suddenly the wall of the house collapsed on the kid and wounded him critically.

After the incident the injured was rushed to GMC Jammu where he was under treatment from several days, but sadly he breathed his last breathe today.

“The wall fell on my son his brain got badly damaged and his operation was going on in GMC from several days.
The deceased has been identified as Shahzad, who passed away in GMC Jammu.
“He got poor treatment at GMC and only water was being given to him.
“Whenever we used to face any trouble at night in hospital we used to inform mam, she used to tell me to seek help from some other doctors.
“I’m a poor person and I’m sustaining myself on regular earnings”, said Shahzad’s father.
“The man whose house wall fell on my son hasn’t helped me properly”, he accused.
“The hospital authority is telling me to take my son’s body away to Bihar, but I won’t till I get justice”, he asserted.
“He is an army person and he has told me that he will pay the ambulance’s expanse and have told me to leave for Bihar.
“We want the FIR copy submitted against them”, he demanded.
“The wall fell on our shack cause above the masons were joining two walls they didn’t warned our playing kid”, he added,
“My kid is no more now and I demand justice”, he claimed.
