Huge Success: Wanted Woman smuggler among three arrested in Jammu

Jammu: Continuing its battle against drug smugglers in Jammu the police has arrested three people, including a wanted woman smuggler with drugs, cash from Balol Nallah area of Jammu.
According to the report, the Samba police formed a NDPS team led by SHO Bari Brahmana Sunil Sharma. PSI Mohd Aslam, PSI Priya Rani under the supervision of SDPO Bari Brahmana Rahul Nagar and Addl. SP Samba Surinder Chaudhary and conducted raids last night in Balol Nalla area and nabbed the four smugglers with Heroin valued at Rs 750000 and 2,37000 cash from the residence of the woman smuggler.

The police were conducting raids and were patrolling the mentioned to apprehend the culprits from a long time, the report said.

The accused woman used to supply drugs in various areas such as Jammu, Poonch, Rajouri, Kishtwar, Doda, Ramban, Reasi, Udhampur, Kathua, Samba.
She was constantly changing her residence, contact details to avoid police arrest.
The accused woman have been identified as Noori w/o Wali Mohd alias Gulla r/o Balol Tehsil of Bari Brahmana, while the men smugglers are Sanjay Kumar alias Sanju s/o Shamlal r/o Karua Kotli Manotrian tehsil Katra of Reasi, Amit Kumar alias Gosh s/o Parshottam Lal r/o Dasanoo, Katra.
They all have been booked under relevant sections of NDPS act in Samba police station.
SSP, Samba, Benam Tosh, has shared a data of arrested drug suppliers according to which in last 5 months fifty-four (54) heroin suppliers including eight women drugs traffickers have been arrested by Samba Police.
